Hello!

I go by Phaxxy. Like most others, I have various, seemingly unrelated interests. Two of these interests, Rocket League and Music, I find most enjoyable. Throughout the years I have continued to cultivate these interests and my understanding of learning them. There’s something to be said about an intuitive approach to learning a skill. I love to teach others to tune into that intuition as I have often found success when it comes to improving in something. Whatever you’re looking to achieve, allow me to help you.

Experience

Music production

I have about ~5 years of experience producing music in DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, and Pro Tools. I play guitar and understand a moderate amount of music theory. I have been professionally trained in various recording, production, and audio engineering techniques in a Grammy award-winning music studio. I understand the many different aspects involved when it comes to making music. I try to incorporate the different mindsets required of a musician, producer, or audio engineer. I enjoy the entire music making process, and am excited to share what I have learned with you.

Rocket League

I have played Rocket League since release (2015). I peaked in the top 100 worldwide players in the original season 3-4, and have played competitively for a top 10 North American bubble team. I returned to ranked play in the new season 10, where I hit Grand Champion. I perform consistently at a Grand Champion level and specialize in teaching/understanding the importance of a good mental state, as well as techniques and interesting observations I have made during my ~3000-hour-long career
